Yellow Hook CSA

"The Bay Ridge Food Co-op (BRFC) brings together friends and neighbors with a common vision for the food on their tables. A first step in accomplishing that vision is to provide access to healthy, sustainable produce through community supported agriculture (CSA). So, we are proud to announce the formation of Yellow Hook CSA.

Enlightenment Wines

"Enlightenment wines is probably the smallest legal winery in NY State- a cult "nano" natural winery operating out a family farmstead in the Hudson Valley.

Using a low tech, gravity fed method and a radically different buisness model, Enlightenment wines produces cutting edge and absolutely original unfiltered meads and dry sparkling fruit wines in runs of under 100 cases at a time.

Holton Farms

"Holton Farms is owned by cousins Seth Holton and Jurrien Swarts and family friend George Hornig. The Holton family, among the first settlers of Westminster, Vermont, has been farming this quaint village for over 200 years. As eighth generation farmers, we take farming seriously. We use sustainable farming methods, not because it’s in fashion, but because it makes sense and it’s the right thing to do.
